Manager, Marketing I/II - Specialty P2P/HCP Marketing

AbbVie seeks a Marketing Manager to lead peer-to-peer education and HCP promotional strategies for MAVYRET, a specialty pharmaceutical product. The role involves developing brand messaging, managing speaker programs, overseeing conference presence, and collaborating across functional teams to support commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead peer-to-peer strategy execution and brand messaging through content and educational programming
  • Oversee Speaker Bureau operations and speaker program management in partnership with external vendor
  • Develop and optimize HCP promotional assets while maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Design conference strategy and manage brand presence across industry events
  • Manage agency partnerships, project timelines, budgets, and measurement of promotional initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Marketing experience with demonstrated strategy expertise
  • Proficiency in insight translation, creative development, and marketing optimization
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines and budgets
  • Understanding of medical and clinical aspects of pharmaceutical products
  • Success operating in matrixed organizations to achieve brand alignment
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
