Senior Warehouse Inventory Manager

Job Title Senior Warehouse Inventory Manager (1st Shift) – internally titled Senior Logistics Manager – Edwardsville, IL Compensation Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 annually (exempt, paid twice per month) with 10% annual bonus eligibility. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Employees may be required to work additional hours, days, or varying schedules as necessary. Ensure inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse processes, and maintain strong inventory controls. Drive operational excellence and lead warehouse teams. Analyze inventory performance metrics and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce shrinkage and improve cycle‑count accuracy. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), conduct inventory audits, forecast demand, and collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, transportation, procurement, and finance. Interface directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction. Strategically plan and execute operational activities. Identify and solve operational issues using LEAN initiatives. Hire, supervise, develop employees, and maintain a positive employee‑relations environment. Lead a proactive safety program and enforce company safety policies. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or a related field. Five (5) or more years managing, leading, and developing direct reports. Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain; Master’s degree preferred. Preferred: Three (3) or more years of profit & loss responsibility.
