Customer Success Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support a Software Company that supports about 3,000 medical offices. They are undergoing a cloud migration. This Customer Success Coordinator will work with the medical offices and assist with supporting end users during the migration.

Skills and Requirements
Must be polished and professional
Strong customer service skills are more important than deep technical expertise
Ability to follow established processes and workflows
Support users throughout the migration and post-migration activities previous experience supporting a software company or in a customer success role
