Small Parts Assembler

Growing manufacturing company seeking to hire multiple assembly candidates to join their team!
These roles are full-time, long-term openings, we are looking for career oriented candidates! Current openings are on 2nd (M-F) and 3rd (SU-TH) shifts, and full benefits package is available after completion of probation period.
Candidates will be working in a manufacturing setting assembling smaller products. Some of the job is standing, some of the job is sitting and candidates must be comfortable with both sitting and standing throughout the day. Candidates will be responsible for helping out with other duties as needed (machine operating, packaging, etc.). Most of the parts are small very small and there is no heavy lifting throughout the shift. Candidates will also be responsible for basic inspection on products to ensure they are up to customer specifications. Work takes place in a very clean, temperature controlled setting.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is very helpful, but no previous experience is required. We will train candidates with a positive attitude and consistent work history!
Pay is based on previous experience and skill level.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Falls, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
