Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and shipping areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying access permissions and reporting discrepancies according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations by observing for hazards, damaged property, and/or operational disruptions, then communicating findings and following post orders for next steps.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
