Job Description

Inventory Forklift Operator- Woodridge, IL

Location: Woodridge, IL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4:30PM

Pay rate: $20/hour (Temp-To-Hire)

Job Duties:

Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks.
Receive, verify, label, and organize incoming materials and products.
Track inventory accurately using warehouse systems and/or paperwork.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and report shortages or overages.
Operate Reach Truck and Cherry Picker forklifts to move and locate product.
Pull, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
Load, unload, and transport materials safely within the facility.
Perform manual warehouse work, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and inventory processes.

Recruitment Requirements:

Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
Reach Truck and Cherry Picker forklift experience required.
Previous experience performing inventory counts or working with inventory systems preferred.
Ability to perform manual warehouse work and lift/move materials as required.
Comfortable working on a forklift at various heights.
Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter inventory information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inventory discrepancies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
