Registered Nurse (RN) - Epic Experience Required

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with Epic experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Utilize Epic software for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform necessary treatments.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

Schedule

This position requires a night shift from 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM, ensuring comprehensive care during off-peak hours.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position, offering an opportunity for extension based on performance and facility needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Epic experience is required.
• Current certifications including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, and other relevant health regulations for onboarding.
