HIRING IMMEDIATELY: QUALITY INSPECTOR IN SUGAR LAND, TX Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Inspector to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. This individual will be responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and screening products for defects while maintaining quality standards in a precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with microscopes and delicate components in a fast-paced production setting. Shift Details Quality Inspector - 1st Shift $15 to $22/hour, DOE Multiple schedules available Thursday - Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm Quality Inspector - Night Shift $16.50 to $22/hour, DOE Multiple schedules available Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 12 am Monday through Friday, 11 pm to 7:30 am Sunday through Wednesday, 7 pm to 7 am Thursday through Sunday, 7 pm to 7 am Duties & Responsibilities Conduct inspections, testing, and screening for product defects Use microscopes for detailed inspection processes Handle and inspect small delicate components using tweezers Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Enter data into quality tracking systems and databases Maintain inspection and measurement equipment according to SOPs Follow quality assurance procedures and production guidelines Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to use microscopes and handle very small components Strong hand-eye coordination and steady hands required Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English Basic computer and data entry skills required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable transportation to and from Sugar Land, TX required Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions Ability to work effectively in a team environment Accurate Personnel provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
