Role Description
We are looking for a GHL (GoHighLevel) Expert to join our marketing and operations team. As a GHL Expert, you will manage and optimize our GoHighLevel CRM platform to enhance client acquisition, retention, and overall marketing efficiency. You will be responsible for:
- Creating and automating workflows, managing pipelines, and ensuring our systems are streamlined for both clinical and administrative operations.
- Bringing a proactive approach to improving systems and enhancing processes.
- Contributing to a positive work environment.
- Translating business needs into actionable solutions.
As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to support the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM platform.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, pipeline management, and campaign building.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party tools within GHL.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, SMS, and lead nurturing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Passion for women’s mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or mental health marketing (Nice to Haves).
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant communication and data security practices (Nice to Haves).
- Experience working with tools like Zapier for integration and automation (Nice to Haves).
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies (Nice to Haves).
