Make administrative decisions and collaborate with Nursing Directors and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensure patient and staff safety and oversee the functioning of the coordinating departments during on-site shifts. Assist with and facilitate clinical functions as needed to support patient care delivery. Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned personnel using professional judgment and supervisory discretion. Requirements Active California Registered Nurse license in good standing (or eligibility as applicable). Supervisory or leadership experience in nursing (house supervisor/charge role preferred). Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS as required by scope. Education: ADN or BSN required; RN licensure must be maintained. Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site leadership role within a healthcare organization and coordinate across departments. Willingness to work a rotating 3x12 shift schedule.
