Organizational SupervisionProvides overall supervision of the organization in collaboration with and in the absence of the administrative/executive team. Makes administrative decisions, collaborates with the Nursing Directors and other clients, ensures patient and staff safety, and oversees the functioning of the organization. Assists with/facilitates clinical functions. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
