Hospitality HR Generalist - Multi-Hotel Operations

Wincome Hospitality is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide administrative HR duties for three hotels and the corporate offices, coordinating staff recognition, employee relations, and training events. The role includes recruitment support for hourly positions, onboarding, payroll input, and maintaining staff records. Preferred qualifications include hospitality experience, bilingual Spanish, and at least a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
