Anodyne Surgical is looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work. As a privately owned medical device manufacturer in O'Fallon, Missouri, we offer a clean, climate-controlled, team-oriented work environment where quality and precision matter.We manufacture precision disposable ophthalmic cannulas used in eye procedures, including cataract and LASIK surgeries. We're looking for a Machine Operator who is mechanically minded, comfortable working with production equipment, and able to troubleshoot issues while maintaining quality and efficiency.What You'll DoSet up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipmentOperate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and production efficiencyPerform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine adjustmentsMonitor machine performance and identify issues that could result in downtime, scrap, or quality concernsInspect products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standardsUse measurement and inspection tools as requiredAccurately complete production documentation and quality recordsIdentify and communicate equipment, tooling, or process issuesWork with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals and keep operations running efficientlyFollow all company safety, quality, and standard operating proceduresWhat We're Looking ForPrevious machine operating or manufacturing experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsComfortable operating and monitoring multiple pieces of equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood problem-solving skills and ability to recognize when something isn't operating correctlyAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilitiesDependable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyWillingness to learn new equipment and processesPositive attitude and ability to work as part of a teamCompensation$17-$20 per hour and based on experienceBenefits & PerksPaid weeklyMonday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PMClean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility11 paid holidays, including your birthdayVacation begins accruing on your first day and is based on hours workedMedical, dental & vision insurance available after a 30-day waiting period401(k) with company contributionOpportunities for advancement and career growthStable employment with a privately owned company that values its employees
