Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy assistant services within a skilled nursing facility setting
Float between multiple facility locations as assigned
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Active PTA license in the state of Colorado (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Ability to float between multiple locations within the region

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Experience in a multi-site or floating clinical role
