Job Summary and Qualifications The Coordinator assists the facility’s Patient Safety/Risk Director with coordination of the facility-wide patient safetyprogram, PSO compliance, disease-response initiatives, and Service Recovery. This role will coordinate processimprovement initiatives facility-wide in support of the reduction of medical/health care errors and other factors thatcontribute to unintended adverse patient outcomes.
