Human Resources Coordinator

This role supports recruiting and onboarding operations in an HR Coordinator capacity at Life Opportunities Unlimited in Ridgewood, NJ. Responsibilities Manage prospective employee outreach Attend career fairs and recruitment events while representing LOU positively Monitor and maintain active job postings Schedule interviews and conduct interviews Coordinate completion of all pre-joining requirements Create and maintain personnel files during the employee probationary period Independently complete recruiting and onboarding tasks per company procedures and Federal/State credentialing regulations Accurately maintain HR records to support compliance Complete ad hoc projects as necessary Report to the Associate Director of Human Resources Attend all company events and organization-provided training sessions as directed Requirements BS/BA required or 3+ years of professional experience Strong computer skills Successful administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Prior experience managing complex calendars Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.) Core collaboration and communication expectations include: creative problem-solving, organized and detail-oriented work, patience and compassion, effective team communication, mission motivation, and results orientation Technologies Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.) Compensation $50,000 - $55,000 per year Schedule Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Competitive salary and flexible hours Comprehensive paid training programs including CPR and First Aid PTO, vacation, sick time, and holiday pay Career advancement opportunities Childcare AAA Vacation and entertainment Cellular plan #J-18808-Ljbffr Life Opportunities Unlimited
