Tier II ERP Support Analyst

We are looking for a Tier II ERP Support Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is a great opportunity for an experienced application support professional to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing critical ERP systems, with a hybrid schedule based in Columbus, OH (3 days onsite per week). Responsibilities Provide Tier II support for ERP systems, resolving escalated issues from Tier I support teams Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate data issues, generate reports, and support troubleshooting efforts Collaborate with end users to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide effective solutions Document support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues to build a knowledge base for future reference Partner with IT and business teams to test and implement system fixes, patches, and upgrades Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations Assist with ERP configuration changes and enhancements as needed Support integration points between ERP and other business-critical applications Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue escalation as needed Provide training and guidance to end users and junior support staff Qualifications 5+ years of application support experience 5+ years of ERP support experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar) 5+ years of hands‑on SQL experience, including query writing and troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users Experience working in a hybrid or fast‑paced support environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations effectively What Our Client Offers Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) based in Columbus, OH Competitive salary with annual performance‑based increases Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborative team environment with strong cross‑departmental support #J-18808-Ljbffr Ringside Talent
