Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license in Louisiana, BLS from American Heart Association
Experience: 2+ years in relevant clinical setting
Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process within scope of practice and standards.
- Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Collaborate, delegate, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
- Lead and assist licensed and ancillary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and safety standards.
- Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately.
- Support diversity and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
What You Need
Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Preferred:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new software and systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and professionalism
