Little Falls Auto Service is hiring a Front Counter Assistant who wants a real career path into a Service Advisor role.
If you are organized, dependable, great with people, and eager to learn, this is a place where you can grow. You do not need automotive experience. You need a strong work ethic, good character, and the drive to get better every day. We will teach you the rest.
What you will do: Answer phones and schedule appointments. Greet customers and handle check in and check out. Build repair orders and keep customers updated. Keep the front counter organized and professional. Learn our systems and grow toward writing estimates and advising customers.
What we are looking for: Reliable and punctual. Friendly and clear communicator. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable learning new software. Coachable and motivated to advance.
