Escrow Assistant – Houston, TX Join a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you support our Escrow team with customer service and administrative duties, ensuring a seamless home‑ownership experience. What We Do Help apply administrative, support and interpersonal skills to improve the residential real estate transaction process, delivering outstanding customer experiences. What You’ll Do Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling disbursement and follow‑up. Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow. Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings. Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a phenomenal customer experience. What You’ll Bring Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and external customers. Problem‑solver with strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, and eagerness to learn. Thrives in contributing to a team that delivers beyond customer expectations. Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to adapt quickly to new software applications and technologies. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred.
