Key Responsibilities - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Cultivate long-term client relationships

Qualifications - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Work authorization in the United States - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable

Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
