Key Responsibilities - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Provide attentive, client-first service - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Cultivate long-term client relationships

Qualifications - Work authorization in the United States - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable

Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
