In This Role, You Will - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options

Ideal Candidate Profile - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Work authorization in the United States - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently

Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
