What You'll Do - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Build lasting client relationships

What You Bring - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Authorized to work in the United States - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization

Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
