Business Analyst With Tech Exposure
Same as business/system analyst 1 plus participates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing. Identifies system enhancements, documents business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements. Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products. Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems. Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing. Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties. Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience. Minimum 3 6 years of experience.
Scope of role business analyst with tech exposure:
- Participation, note taking, and follow-up in scrums
- Sprint plan construction and review; QA and smoke testing related to CHM sprints
- Release management and planning, release notes
- Tactical analytics support
