Are you a strategic organizer who excels at turning high-level marketing strategies into seamless operational execution? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Integrated Marketing Strategy (IMS) team.

In this pivotal role, you will own the planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination across our marketing portfolio—ensuring key initiatives stay visible, structured, and on track. By leading knowledge management and streamlining core operational processes, you will empower senior strategists to focus on executive partnerships and customer strategy while driving operational excellence across the entire organization. salary: $41.43 - $41.44 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain centralized repositories for marketing documentation, planning materials, templates, and playbooks.
• Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Organize and archive strategic plans, launch materials, presentations, and key business learnings.
• Establish governance and naming conventions for shared resources.
• Improve accessibility and usability of marketing knowledge across the organization.
• Support development of executive presentations and leadership communications using strategist-provided content.
