Position As the company continues to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Appointment Setter who can turn leads, conversations, and follow-ups into qualified appointments for our sales team. You’ll work from our Celebration, Florida office alongside a fast-moving team with a strong focus on results. Your Role Your main responsibility is simple: Start conversations and book qualified appointments. You’ll speak with private healthcare business owners who have interacted with Paul Gough Media through our marketing, events, social media, referrals, previous conversations, and database. Some will already know who we are. Others may need more nurturing. Your job is to build rapport, understand their situation, create enough curiosity and value for them to take the next step, and secure an appointment with our sales team. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for easy inbound leads. It’s a proactive, high-activity position where strong follow-up and persistence are essential. What You’ll Do Complete approximately 150–200 outbound calls per day Contact new leads quickly while interest is high Follow up with previous prospects and opportunities Re-engage leads who have stopped responding Build rapport quickly with clinic owners and decision-makers Ask questions to uncover their challenges, goals, and priorities Handle initial objections and hesitation confidently Book qualified appointments directly into the sales calendar Follow up through phone, SMS, email, and social media Maintain detailed and accurate CRM notes Hit weekly and monthly appointment targets Track show rates, booking rates, and conversion performance Continually work on improving your results Who We’re Looking For Persistent – one unanswered call doesn’t mean the opportunity is dead.Confident – you’re comfortable picking up the phone and leading a conversation Target-driven – you like knowing exactly what success looks like Competitive – you want to be one of the strongest performers on the team Resilient – rejection doesn’t affect your next conversation Personable – you can connect with people quickly Coachable – you’re willing to listen, learn, and adjust Organized – you follow up when you say you will Hungry – you want the opportunity to increase your earnings through performance Previous appointment setting, sales, business development, lead generation, telesales, recruitment, or customer-facing experience is preferred What You’ll Receive $45,000–$55,000 base salary, depending on experience. $65,000+ OTE, with performance-based commission rewarding strong appointment and sales results. Career progression into more advanced roles within our sales organization for high performers. 15 days paid vacation, plus selected company holidays. Multiple established lead sources through our marketing campaigns, events, social media, referrals, educational content, and existing prospect database. CRM experience is an advantage.
