Paul Gough Media is growing our sales team in Celebration, Florida, and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us. If you're confident on the phone, competitive by nature, and want a sales role where you can develop your skills, increase your earnings, and progress your career, this could be the opportunity for you.

Your job is simple: start conversations with business owners and turn the right conversations into qualified sales opportunities. You'll speak directly with private healthcare business owners across the country, learn what's happening inside their businesses, uncover challenges and opportunities, and determine whether Paul Gough Media can help.

On a typical day, you'll:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
• Respond quickly to new inbound leads
• Re-engage previous prospects and older opportunities
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Ask questions to understand their goals, challenges, and current situation
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for our sales consultants
• Follow up through phone, text, email, and social media
• Manage your opportunities and follow-up inside our CRM
• Work toward clear weekly and monthly targets
• Track your numbers and continually work to improve your performance

This is a true outbound sales role. You should be comfortable spending a significant part of your day on the phone and working in an environment where 150+ calls per day can be normal. We want someone who already has some experience working with customers, prospects, or leads in a target-driven environment. That could include experience in:

• Sales
• Outbound sales
• Appointment setting
• Business development
• Lead generation
• Recruitment
• Inside sales
• Another target-driven customer-facing position

Previous outbound calling experience is a strong advantage, but we're equally interested in people who have the raw ability and ambition to become great salespeople. More importantly, we're looking for the right personality.

• $45,000$50,000 base salary, depending on experience
