Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure to practice independently as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Virginia.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in individual or group therapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in virtual communication and the ability to build trust with clients in an online setting.

• Familiarity with various online therapy platforms and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a community health or outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable.

• Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR, are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
