Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, using evidence-based methods to support clients' mental health and personal growth.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve personalized mental health goals.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans reflecting the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate for client needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Full licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

• Proficient communication skills, particularly in a virtual therapy setting.
