Veterinary Technician

This individual will be essential in assisting with patient care, restraint, client communication/education and keeping the hospital tidy. Skills required: Previous experience of Veterinary Technician skills including but not limited to: Venipuncture IV catheter placement Diagnostic imaging Laboratory work Surgical skills Anesthesia Monitoring Ability to appropriately handle, lift and restrain animals and stand for long periods of time. Have basic organizational and computer skills. Initiative to complete day to day responsibilities. Ability to work a four-day work week that will include one weekend shift.
