What You’ll Be Doing:

• ** Mastering the Numbers ** : Own financial records, ensuring everything adds up to perfection. You’re the detective of the accounting world!
• ** Month-End Wizardry ** : Prepare detailed, crystal-clear financial statements that’ll make clients’ jaws drop (in a good way, of course!).
• ** Reconciliation Rockstar ** : Keeping accounts balanced and looking sharp. No discrepancy is too small to catch.
• ** Client Liaison Extraordinaire ** : You’ll keep our clients in the loop with regular updates, helping them understand their financial standing and putting them at ease.
• ** Payroll Pro ** : You'll help manage payroll processing—timely, accurate, and stress-free for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• ** Experience ** : At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience. You’ve been around the block and know the ropes. Bonus points if you’ve juggled multiple clients before
• ** Skills ** : Mastery of QuickBooks. Bonus points for familiarity with other bookkeeping software!
• ** Time Management: ** You're a master at juggling priorities, hitting deadlines, and thriving under pressure
• ** Attention to Detail ** : Your motto? “The devil’s in the details.” You spot the tiniest discrepancies before anyone else.
• ** Communication Savvy ** : You make complex financial concepts easy to understand for clients. No jargon, just clarity.
