EMPLOYERS is seeking a customer-focused Loyalty Specialist I to help customers resolve billing and payment issues while delivering an exceptional service experience. This role is ideal for someone with collections and call center experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find solutions.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls, emails, and customer inquiries.

• Educate customers on payment options and account resolution strategies.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and help bring accounts current.

• Research account discrepancies and partner with internal teams to resolve issues.

• Process reinstatements, refunds, credits, and other account-related requests.

• Support customers with online account access and navigation.

• Maintain service, quality, and productivity standards.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of collections experience in a call center environment.

• Experience handling high-volume customer interactions.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM or cloud-based call center systems.

• Insurance or workers' compensation industry knowledge.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

• Associate degree.

Compensation & Benefits

• $21.50/hour

• $22.50/hour for bilingual Spanish speakers
