Maintenance-HVAC Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 22.00 / hour
Part Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Property maintenance: Painting, drywall repair and make ready's
Performing routine maintenance and inspections
Repairing plumbing issues such as leaks, faucets, and toilets
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and fixtures
Maintaining HVAC systems and coordinating major repairs Painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry work
Replacing locks, doors, and hardware
Maintaining grounds, landscaping, and parking areas
Responding to tenant or occupant maintenance requests

Maintenance-HVAC Technician Qualifications:

Property maintenance experience
HVAC certification
Flexible schedule

Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
