Director Accounting and Reimbursement

HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Director of Accounting & Reimbursement for a 200+ bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Directing the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital including all Accounting, General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Third Party Reimbursement, and Treasury functions. Perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet preparation, and other general accounting functions. Coordinating year-end audit by Independent Auditors. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field. MBA Preferred. Experience: 5 to 7 years of management experience. Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare consulting environment. Certifications: CPA preferred, not required Systems: Epic, Infor Lawson, ServiceNow, Workday Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
