Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist in Cedar Hill, TX to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, issuing customer invoices, posting payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Requirements :
- Must have 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
- Must have administrative experience
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
