Shopper Marketing Project Manager

Partner with stakeholders to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timing expectations Prioritize multiple projects while identifying and communicating dependencies, risks, and potential delays Develop and maintain status documents and lead project status meetings Guide creative project workflows through kickoff, reviews, feedback, and approvals Communicate proactively with project teams to ensure feedback, priorities, and next steps are clear Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments within Wrike Update timelines and dependencies as project scope, priorities, or direction changes Track project progress and follow up with team members on outstanding tasks Document meeting notes, action items, decisions, and next steps Coordinate requirements for weekly brand and Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) meetings Communicate effectively with brand teams and agency partners throughout project lifecycles Support the successful delivery of creative projects through organized project intake and creative development workflows Who We're Looking For: 4+ years of experience in an agency setting in client services or project management Experience supporting creative, marketing, advertising, digital, or agency-based projects preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience with project management software; Wrike preferred, with Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms also considered Highly proactive with strong follow-through and accountability Comfortable managing project data, updating timelines, and keeping teams organized Ability to identify risks or delays early and elevate appropriately Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving About Dawson Dawson is a trusted staffing partner in Central Ohio.
