Role: Technical Lead
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to design and oversee the technical execution of software development projects, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met while leveraging artificial intelligence tools to accelerate delivery and improve software quality.
This role combines technical leadership, architecture design, team mentorship, project coordination, and the adoption of modern development practices, including AI-assisted development workflows.
What You Will Do
- Lead technical decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, libraries, database design, scalability, performance, concurrency, and security.
- Estimate development efforts and coordinate technical activities with project managers and development teams.
- Monitor team progress, balance workloads, and ensure project visibility and delivery alignment.
- Mentor developers and identify training opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Participate in the development and review of complex technical requirements and solutions.
- Configure and supervise CI/CD processes and deployment strategies.
- Analyze the impact of new requirements and collaborate on solution design.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and solution specifications.
- Validate business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with solution architecture.
- Support knowledge transfer activities with support and operations teams.
- Conduct code reviews and promote software quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects to define and implement multi-tenant architecture strategies when required.
- Configure and maintain AI-assisted development environments, including Claude Code or similar tools, applying Spec-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs before integration into production systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior Developer with team leadership responsibilities or as a Technical Lead.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in the technologies required by the assigned project.
- Experience using AI tools in real software development workflows.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, including SOA, REST, Client/Server, Microservices, MVC, Singleton, and Factory patterns.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and make architectural decisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
Technical Knowledge
Experience in one or more of the following technology domains:

Additional expertise in:
- Software architecture and design patterns
- REST APIs and service-oriented architectures
- Agile software development practices
- AI-assisted software development and code validation workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docker image registries and containerized deployments.
- Azure Container Apps deployment and release monitoring strategies.
- Microservices architecture and API versioning.
- CQRS and MediatR implementation patterns.
- Multi-tenant SaaS architectures (Shared DB, Tenant DB, Hybrid approaches).
- Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, and RBAC security implementations.
- Experience participating in SaaS projects supporting multiple tenants.
- Proven experience with production multi-tenant architectures or Azure-based microservices environments.
- Project management experience.
