Technical Analyst

Role: Technical Analyst Type: W2/ C2C Location: Montpelier, VT Duration: five years, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026. Department: Agency Digital Services – Agency Human Services RFP Title: Information Technology Professional Services.

Scope of Work

ADS is seeking one or more contractors to provide IT professional services. The background explains that Vermont needs outside IT resources to support development and implementation of MESP initiatives, including IE&E, MMIS, and HIT/HIE, because the State lacks sufficient internal resources. The proposal must also include a transition plan to reduce disruption from contractor attrition or vendor transition.
