Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with mergers and acquisitions
- Establishing EIN for new entity formation
- Familiarity with forms on the Ohio Secretary of State's website
- Supporting closings for business/real estate transactions
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, and entity formation
- Proficiency in navigating the Ohio Secretary of State's website
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
