Bilingual Legal Assistant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Bilingual Legal Assistant in Cleveland. Are you fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, French or Portuguese in addition to English? Do you have office, administrative, or clerical experience? Our client is Immigration Law Firm and they are looking for Bilingual Legal Assistant in Cleveland. This is full-time role , 40 hours per week and the salary is $18-$22 per hour. The Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant located in Cleveland, OH. The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to legal teams, assist in the preparation of legal documents, schedule appointments, maintain client files, and ensure smooth office operations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating communications, managing records, and conducting basic legal research. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and professionalism in client interactions. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, French or Portuguese in addition to English Knowledge of Legal principles and Legal Document Preparation Strong Administrative Assistance and Organization skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with office management tools and software Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Prior experience in immigration law is a plus 100% in the office.
