Territory: Solano County: Vallejo, American Canyon, Hercules and minimal visits to Napa County* Role Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST) In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Competitive compensation with achievable incentive bonus program Qualifications Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License Current BLS/CPR Certification Valid CA Driver's License Knowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior as it relates to the effects of illness/injury; and of the influence of culture on health care. Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred. This is to ensure you are set up for success and can navigate in our environment including electronic charting, shared understanding of company values and use of our web based communication application. The results of the assessment are confidential and will be used as one of multiple data points included in the hiring decision process. Compensation $110,000 - $125,000 a year. Anticipated wage range for Speech Therapist: $110,000 – $125,000.
