Finance Supervisor

Cadden Community Management is hiring a Finance Department Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations for 200+ community associations. We are looking for someone who isdetail-oriented, analytical, accurate, and confident in leading a team. • Supervise accounting staff (Bookkeepers, AR/AP, Resale, Collections)
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations
• Review and approve financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance
• Maintain internal controls, workflows, and fiscal procedures
• Provide technical training, coaching, and quality oversight
• Troubleshoot accounting issues and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, CPA firms, and software providers
• Ensure deadlines are met, and financial packages are completed accurately

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident decision-maker with a process-driven mindset
• Comfortable holding staff accountable and providing corrective guidance
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Clear and direct communicator who values accuracy and consistency
• Enjoys improving systems, workflows, and financial processes

• 3-5 years of accounting experience (AP/AR, GL, financial reporting)
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (not required)
• HOA or property management accounting experience a plus (not required)
