Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller, located in Tucson, AZ. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and conducting financial analysis. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing payroll processes, and supporting decision-making with financial insights. The Controller will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company's financial strategy and growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting Expertise in Accounting, General Ledger oversight, and Payroll Management Analytical skills for Financial Analysis and Forecasting Proficiency in Accounting Software, Spreadsheet software, and ERP systems Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making abilities Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and GAAP standards Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus Prior experience in a Controller or senior accounting role is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
