McFerran Law, P.S. in Tacoma, WA is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate Real Estate Attorney. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transactional real estate and business client matters, as well as light litigation cases. If you have a passion for real estate law and are eager to learn and grow in a supportive team environment, we want to hear from you!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of transactional real estate and business client matters
- Assist with light litigation cases related to real estate and business matters
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal services
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Participate in client meetings and court appearances as needed
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in real estate law, business law, and estate planning
- Drive to assist clients with a variety of legal matters

Salary and Benefits:
