Manages customer experience integration and organization operations. You will design, develop, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and performance reports that drive informed decision making, and you will lead cross functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Additionally, you will create and keep up to date process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials, while simultaneously organizing, planning, and executing multiple tour and visit initiatives. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
