The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Fort Worth, TXThis position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance in accordance with business requirements.• Experience working in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including quality assurance, production operations, design engineering, industrial engineer, project engineer, manufacturing engineering, and/or process engineering• Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.• Demonstrated experience presenting to Senior/Executive LeadershipDesired Skills:• Experience working in a Manufacturing engineering environment• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other model-based environments.• Ability to lead collaborative engagements (i.e. workshops, SIAs, etc.) effectively in a virtual, multi-site team environment.• Experience authoring job guides and training documentation.• Strong oral and written communication skills.• Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
