The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Fort Worth, TXThis position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, equivalent experience/combined education considered• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance in accordance with business requirements.• Experience working in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including quality assurance, production operations, design engineering, industrial engineer, project engineer, manufacturing engineering, and/or process engineering• Demonstrated experience presenting to Senior/Executive Leadership• Prior experience in a Technical Lead, Team Leader or Leadership capacity with demonstrated team project managementDesired Skills:• Experience working in a Manufacturing engineering environment• Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other model-based environments.• Ability to lead collaborative engagements (i.e. workshops, SIAs, etc.) effectively in a virtual, multi-site team environment.• Experience authoring job guides and training documentation.• Self starter that can work independently under only consultative direction• Strong oral and written communication skills.• Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
