As part of our commitment to women's health, we are seeking a NP/PA to join our collaborative team at Capital Region Women's Care.What You'll Do:See patients for routine gynecological care and annual wellness visits.Provide problem-focused care for both acute and chronic women's health concerns.Perform, or be trained to perform, IUD and Nexplanon insertions.Participate in a wide range of in-office procedures (biopsies, colposcopies, LEEPs, ablations, D&C).Support our physicians by focusing on pre- and post-operative patient visits.Review and discuss test results (labs, cultures, imaging, pathology) with patients.Minimal call coverage – always with an MD available for backup.Why Join Capital Region Women's Care?Work with a collaborative, physician-led team that values your input and professional growth.Gain hands-on experience with a variety of women's health procedures.Enjoy a balanced schedule with supportive call structure.Be part of a practice where your contributions directly improve the lives of women in our community.Compensation: Starting at $125,000 annually.CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. The company offers a comprehensive total rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurances, paid holidays, paid time off, retirement plan, and much more in a business casual environment!We welcome candidates who will bring diverse intellectual, gender and ethnic perspectives to Community Care Physicians.Community Care Physicians is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in physician assistant studies and successful completion of physician assistant training program approved by the NYS Department of Education or accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, or a program that is determined by the Department to be the substantial equivalent of a licensure qualifying or accredited program.Attainment of passing grade on the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination administered by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.Current certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.At least one year of experience as a physician assistant in ambulatory health care.Interest and/or experience in women's health.Current CPR certification.Nurse Practitioner: Successful completion of and graduation from a nurse practitioner education program acceptable to NYSED.Current certification as a nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).Successful completion of pharmacology coursework acceptable to NYSED.Three years of professional nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.At least one year of experience as a nurse practitioner in ambulatory health care.Interest and/or experience in women's health.Current CPR certification.
