You'll help shape the future of how cities and communities grow.The Role As a Senior Project Manager at Archistar, you will lead end-to-end implementation and delivery projects for government customers across the United States.You'll serve as the primary delivery lead between customers and internal teams ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer outcomes.This role combines enterprise software implementation, stakeholder management, customer delivery leadership, change management, and cross-functional coordination.You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and government stakeholders to deliver high-impact technology solutions in complex and politically sensitive environments.We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive and execution-focused, technically confident, customer-oriented, and experienced navigating enterprise or public sector delivery environments.Lead Enterprise ImplementationsOwn end-to-end delivery of government implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and post-launch supportDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomesEnsure implementations are delivered successfully against scope, budget, and customer expectationsDrive accountability across both customer and internal stakeholder groupsManage Customer RelationshipsAct as the primary delivery contact for government customers and strategic partnersBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders across executive, operational, and technical teamsFacilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, status reporting, and executive communicationsProactively identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and escalationsCoordinate Cross-Functional TeamsPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plansCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout deliverySupport deployment of AI-powered planning and permitting solutions within customer environmentsDrive Change Management & AdoptionSupport customer readiness, stakeholder alignment, training coordination, and end-user adoption activitiesHelp customers successfully navigate operational and organizational change associated with digital transformation initiativesImprove Delivery OperationsMonitor project performance and implementation health across multiple concurrent projectsEnsure customer acceptance milestones are achieved to support invoicing and revenue recognitionContribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, implementation processes, and operational frameworksCollaborate with global teams across the United States, Canada, and Australia
